Shouldn't it have been ironed out already?? its been over a year since it launched. I don't understand. Oh well, looks like i will have to take it back for a refund.
BTW my console is in a well vetilateted area...i don't move it or anything.

My brain isn't completely on yet. :D 3 choices TC! return it: some places offer a return service for 45 days or longer. hope your store is one of them. replace it: it's still under warranty from MS so you can get a free replacement. be warned you will most likely get back a refurbished model get a ps3: if there's one area where the PS3 HAMMERS the Xbox360, it's in the reliability category. You'll have to decide if the change in game libraries is acceptable or not.
