Anyway. Statistics very often represent an incomplete picture, too incomplete to draw ultimate conclusions from. Especially with so many factors and moving parts.
Do IS and taliban have room to operate, the oportunities to kill civilians, deliberately/accidentely. Are the people used as shields and sacrifice US collateral or muslim fundamentalist collateral? Why a a timeframe of 6 months? The war is going on for 20 years.
