https://www.gamespot.com/articles/why-kingsman-the-golden-circles-seduction-scene-is/1100-6453578/

This article is feminist propaganda. It pushes a false narrative, and claims sexism. Yet we are not allowed to comment on it? Why? Other political pieces, like the ones on Far Cry let people comment, yet feminist propaganda requires censorship?

Shame on you Gamespot

LOL Gamespot can do what they want.

Also that scene is hilarious and clearly a joke on the James Bond movies

And if anyone is mad over that article, just remember that it´s there to provoke you nothing else, so be the better man and just go watch some sexy scenes instead.

what a surprise, some gamers are pissed off about a story involving women.

I'm going to be honest and say I didn't even bother reading the article.

I think he's angry.

I wonder if they disabled the comments in advance or if it spiraled out like with the recent pewdiepie article.

I'm mad about the censorship protecting the article from the many obvious responses people will have to it, responses that are not abusive or hate speech. I've long since accepted that journalists are going to pretty much all be far left now and incapable of not creating these stupid articles. But that they won't even let us call out their stupidity now... that they cut off any discussion on their stupid politics on the article itself, its just so pathetic.

So weak and pathetic.

Why is this in Political Gamers? It's more of a social commentary (Off Topic) kind of deal...

but anyway, to answer the question, I don't blame them...it is the internet, after all.

I think it's less about being PC and more about avoiding a complete shitshow.

Journalists are not "left", it's just the people that are "right" are so far gone to the right they don't realize what a moderate is anymore. If "1" is hippie-left, "7" is the middle, and "14" is the far-but-traditional right, the people complaining about the liberal bias in the media are about a 30. They're standing at 30 and going "Gee, you guys at 17 are so freaking liberal"

also calling Gamespot "journalism" is really, really, reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally pushing it.

This is mostly due to semantics. When people say the media leans left they mean it leans Democrat. It is true that Democrats are not a left wing party as they like war, corporations, and capitalism a bit too much for that. On the other hand the media does give them a lot of free passes. If a Mitt Romney had been elected in 2008 and behaved the same way Obama did, Mitt Romney would have been portrayed as a Nazi by the same media outlets that championed Obama. After all Obama decided to stick with Republican timeline in Iraq and Afghanistan. He gave us Romneycare instead of Universal Healthcare. He deported record numbers of illegal aliens and was hailed the deporter in chief. He even refused to support gay marriage until more then 50% of his party supported it. That is pretty Nazi according to modern American political rhetoric.

So yeah saying the media is leftist is highly inaccurate. It is however very easy to claim they are extremely biased in favor of people falsely claim they are leftists.

That is a good guess since they know from previous experience how bad it can get with Petit and Sarkastic.

The GTA V review's commentsection was horrible

Been to a college lately?

Yes. It's a small % of the college population.

I typically won't run into any of these SJW activists that litter Fox News headlines. I wouldn't even know it exists if not for TV.
