But people are talking about it? I know you're signal boosting this in a certain frame that lets you discredit the protests, but it is being reported and nobody is happy about it happening.

The cop was 100% wrong. I talked to several police officers about it this weekend and all of them said the same thing. Once you get handcuffs on the person you should immediately work on getting the person to get up. The threat is over at that point and there is no reason to keep your knee on them period.

Just like this. I agree with you. Not all protesters are bad. In my country we had these protests as well. And 99% of it went absolutely fine. A normal peaceful protest. They were too close together for the Corona guidelines but I mean they expected hundreds and they got thousands at some point what are you gonna do.

This whole mess has been a paradox.

My thoughts are with his family. It's a tragic story to see play out, especially as lawlessness and anger permeates throughout metro areas. Even more tragic is that the media and social media groups will not see this as an issue worth enough to gain traction.
