….and further, I do not agree Trump was remotely competent, and reject these revisionist attempts at framing him so by the exploitation of Biden’s missteps alongside the (always favorable) hypothetical actions Trump supposedly would’ve taken were he still in charge, so that doesn’t stand in his favor either.

I’ll take Biden any day of the week over the orange pig traitor.

A life long racist and influence peddler who has been wrong every thing he has done. He doesn't care about the citizens of the US just his money and power. Taking Biden shows you have no common sense. He has wrecked the country in nine months will we even have a country when his term is finally up.

The country has been doing better in those 9 months than it had under trump. Trolling shouldn't be allowed.

To a degree, I care. Perception and how your allied countries see you IS important for everything from trade deals to import/ exports from other countries, so a negative perception from other countries effects everyone on a personal level in some way, and I have been completely embarrassed before by the actions off my country, and the history we have, many times. When we have a president that openly paid for sex while married, made fun of handicapped people on live TV, and went into a days long twitter rant when the escort he paid for said he had a tiny dick, yeah, I was embarrassed and couldn't help but think of how much a joke we must seem to other countries. He was America's representative, and that's how he chose to act. It was embarrassing.

But at the same time, no country is without embarrassment and shameful history, the US is just the on that's always taking the spot light because of it's overwhelming hubris and forced ideology on others for over a century and now it's been on the decline for the last few decades.

Trade deals etc are based on what the other country acquires, not likeability.

I agree to a certain extent. An example on my end would be Trump's pissing match with China over trade deals. That fiasco hurt my bottom line at my job, because increased costs from the tariffs disagreement didn't effect vendors at all, they simply rolled the cost down the ladder to the people selling the materials. My cost went up dramatically, but the contract agreements I have are set, so I had to eat the cost effecting my profit margins (and my commission).

I get that money and desired products overcomes perception between trade deals, but at the same time I think it's harder to negotiate fair deals when perception is overwhelmingly negative. Also, It hurts the US export market when other countries are boycotting American products due to it's perception like Canada and China.

It hurts trade deals when the perception is that the deal is unequal. And yes, tariffs do not hurt the country they are against. Never have but so many trumpers celebrated that. See what it did to the farmers, but I doubt people will ever learn.

Yes, at least when it comes to tourism, immigration, and trades (reputation can play a role on how people treat Americans visiting other countries or when foreign visitors or companies come to America.)...

I’d typically say no, but after Trump got elected, if I’m being honest I was genuinely ashamed and embarrassed to call myself an American.

How do you feel now with Biden, no body trusts us now. Trump never stabbed our allies in the back what he had to say or do he did it to their face.

There are two factors I judge presidents on: character, and competence.

Even if you believe Biden to be grossly incompetent (which I know you do), at the very least, he doesn't conduct himself like a 12 year old hormonal teenage girl on social media. He acts like an adult.

Taking Trump shows you have no respect for democracy or our Republic.

You have nothing to show for in placing your lot in with Trump. He’s not only incompetent, his character is amongst the most vile and corrupt there exists outside of prison (you don’t think an argument for Trump’s racism can be made? 😂), of which the only reason he’s avoided is due to the privilege he was born into alongside a trail of cowardly sycophants who will do his bidding, and he’s further a traitor.

Biden could be the most incompetent president we’ve ever suffered and Trump the most competent, and I’d STILL vote for him, because hell if I’d ever willingly put my backing behind someone who‘s so blatantly demonstrated utter contempt and disregard for our democracy and the Constitution, and who in fact has taken every initiative to denigrate and dump on them for his own gain.

You would, and that speaks loudly enough on its own.

Your problem is you don't get the news. Do you know that Biden owes up to $ 500,000 dollars in back taxes. Of course not that will never be on the main stream media story list but it is true, or that an Agent for Hillary Clinton was behind the whole Russian hoax. I tell you what you list all of Bidens accomplishments in the last nine months and I will list all the screw ups and problems he caused and we will see who is correct concerning Biden.

No I am not lying every thing I just posted is the truth. I believe you try to get the news but your news outlets are not bring honest with you. They will not give you all of the perennate news. In order to be objective you must have all of the news good or bad. In my career when I was working I had to make decisions sometimes where people's lives where in danger and I needed as many facts as I could get in a short time in order to make the best decision. I was always seconded guessed but I could always defend my decisions with logic because of good information.
