i have to say uncharted looked too plastic to me. everything else about that game is amazing and i notice someone said something about oblivion. that water is probably the worst water in any game. i love the game though.
in terms of water i don't know what i'd say. Not uncharted, though. Hl2 has good water and so does that Hydrophobia game. that was amazing i have to say.
Uncharted hands down in a non biased way for all consoles....It looks wet, it shows you wet, it reacts realistically....Even bodies flow in it correctly.

how can you people say HL2? the water repeats the same waves over and over again non stop. The best ingame water is Crysis. Uncharted has nice affects on the clothes but that's about it. Also as others stated Oblivion's water is probably the worst ever seen. lol

Yessir thats exactly how I see it.
I don't know Uncharted blew my mind with its water effects especially the way your clothes would get wet by location. Bioshock took it to a whole other level with the immersion factor.
I see alot of ppl saying uncharted, and yes I would agree, uncharted has rly good looking water. But gta kinda wins imo, not because it looks better but because it acts as water. Im sure not many has seen this but if you take a chopper and fly it to the beach or something (to a place with very low water) and then just fly low over it the water will actually be pushed away by the wind, it was crazy when I first saw it happen, try it!
I've been a water kinda guy, but I would have to agree like everyone else and say Uncharted. That waterfall and how Drakes clothes get wet, PRICELESS!!
Dark Sector also had okay water
As for the person that wanted to know what game had bad water. If this only goes for PS3 title only out of my games I have, I would have to say Turok.
