What am I missing out on? Just bought a ps4 pro.

Been pc guy mostly this gen, had a ps4 then traded for xb1 to play dance central. Now I re-purchased for 80 off at target and I'm guessing thats a good deal? I just wanted the regular ps4 used for cheap but seeing that the resale is hovering close to 200 I then passed up on it.

What games do you guys recommend? I'm looking at older/cheaper titles at $20-$40 range, I picked up mafia 3 for dirt cheap and new god of war. I'm thinking of yakuza kiwami $20 next. Generally interested in exclusive since I have a pc that can still play most current multiplats.

Agree with poster above. Last of Us remastered is great if you haven't played it before. I loved it on the PS3 and also played the remaster on the Pro. And of course you have to play Horizon!

I really enjoy Gran Turismo Sport. It is a pretty lengthy game and has a VR element if you plan on getting that later. I am pretty sure to save you have to have an internet connection. A few 5GB patches too, but they add useful stuff. The patches aren't optional. Overall an 8/10.

Wipeout Omega Collection. I only played 20 minutes but I enjoyed myself. Also has a VR mode.

Tearaway PS4 is one of my favorite games and consider it a drastically better 3D Platformer over the Ratchet and Clank remake.

Then God of War; very much enjoying my time with the new one. Very good adventure game.

Gravity Daze (original and sequel) if you want more adventure games with some crazy mechanics.

If you're a fan of Arcade Racers? Wipeout Omega is very good.

Bloodborne is good but Dark Souls III in my view is a far superior From Software RPG, and if you wasn't a fan? Bloodborne isn't for you

And I suppose if you don't have a Switch and your P.C. isn't up to the task? games like Nioh, Nier: Automata, Makai Senki Disgaea 5, and Makai Senki Disgaea Refine are worth looking into at the very least.

Just look through the highest rated PS4 exclusives, most are worth playing depending on what time of games you enjoy.

That game looks really fun! ? Pretty tempted to maybe pick up a pre owned PS4 for that alone, but it's still quite a lot of money. Well hope you are enjoying it anyway.

@mandzilla: I noticed the resale appreciated b.c sony isn't dropping the console price anymore. I usaed to see 100 dollar og consoles. I'm mainly trying to play as much Japanese games, first party , or console only multi on the ps4 to get it out of my system, pun intended. I just felt like I'm missing out. Probably pick up persona 5 as my next one then I'll try to complete the ones I have before buying again.

@Bikouchu35: You said $20 or around that price, Persona 5 wont be that price.

Try out the ps+ offerings. Personally ps+ been good to me, got tons of games I otherwise would never bothered like heavy rain or tearraway or mad max. Enjoyed many games from ps+.

@mobius_basic: we are both very alike in that subject. I own pc and consoles and refrain myself from being a fanboy. Ps4 pro costed me 350€ with 2 games and 1 controller and anyone that try to convince me its no good fail miserably. You see it looks like a dream in my 1080p sony bravia 43 inch tv.

On topic: Nioh is not exclusive now but runs at smooth 60fps.

As for exclusives Id say horizon zero down is a masterpiece.

Shadow if colossus also run at 60fps and looks great (I buy most of my games based on 60 fpa option being there or not).

Hey now. It was ~30 bucks on psn and box copy at target I think. Overpaid a bit tho at 40-ish for the steelbook used though.

Also grabbed gt sport for $20. Probably get yakuza kiwami for $20 then I'll stop buying for a long time to catch up on the backlog, love that the ps4 library is exploded last the couple years as oppose to when I got it at early 2015 when the library consisted of remastered titles and a smaller pool of choice.
