someone smashed my psp!

so i was at the cinema last night with a few friends, while i was out my parents were having a few relatives over for dinner.

so these relatives have kids aged 7-14, and there were four of them. i dont allow anyone in my room when im out.

anyway i got home at about 10:45pm, the relatives had gone, so i got up to my room and find my psp lying screen down on my bed, i pick it up, to find the screen completely smashed! and the umd case was broke on one side!

I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!

so i go downstairs and ask my parents who went in my room, and the say THE KIDS!

so one of those brats completely smashed my psp! i tried phoning their parents the next day, but all the kids say they didnt do it!

so im going to keep onto the parents until the pay for the damages! but they just say its just a game!

anyway, just thought i'd share that.

Im sorry.Hide it next time or get another one used for cheaper online.

man that sux but i had something similar happen to me. My little cousins tripped over the cord on my xbox and feel off my entertainment center, and i had wooden floor at the time. Broke my Xbox, and yes they did pay me back there parents took the money the woudl have used for christmas for them and bought me another xbox. THats BS those kids parents should pay for the damages. If not go egg there house:x

Of course they are not going to admit that they broke it, every little kid will deny that they did something wrong. I know it's not right to take it out on your older relatives, but I would have them each split the costs among each other to pay for your new PSP.

Umm... wow that sucks man. :( I feel for you. Just let the parents know what the price is and show them proof as to how expensive it is to buy a PSP.

Don't give up getting the money back for it. Even if the parents aren't directly responsible you MUSN'T let stuff like this happen without consequences.

If they broke one of your umd's then that excuse may stick.

I would make a print out of how much your "game" costs and show them. Either that or ask one of your aunt's or uncle's if you dropped their ipod touch phone in the toilet, would they say it's only a phone? :roll:

well, go to one of their houses an break their crap...that kid will squeal when you break enough stuff. then you will know who did it. an be sure to save up their Tears...you can dip your cookies in them for an extra sweet taste.

an yeah, print out costs of the damages an show them that the PSP and the game had cost a pretty penny that(i am supposing you paid for) you worked hard for. an say you are responsible enough to go out an earn money, an not irresponsible like their kids who break other peoples belonging an not tell the truth. -trust me, i used that once, it sent this kids parents into a berzerker rage...and i got justice.

Just go over there and show them the cost and ay if they were in the room and the psp is faced down then someone must have put it like that to cover up it and they were the only ones in the room. so the parents gotta pay. and if they dont pay maybe break one of the kids toy

If they can't respect your things,then you shouldn't respect theirs.and if your parents think it's just a game make them buy it, but don't worry,karma will get them someday and you'll know who gets the last laugh.

It's not about us buying him a new one. I genuinly care cuz I know how it feels to have this stuff happen and there's nothing I could have done when some kid cme to my house and bit the eraser off all my pencils.
