When I worked retail attach rate meant extra items you attached to a product. So I read this as "Most people buy 8 or more games at the same time they purchased their PS3."
40 games and counting. I should probably cut it down and start selling/trading some. So far I've only traded in or sold about 3 games. I used to do that all the time. Never really went over about 10 Ps1 games at a time, and about 30 PS2 games. Used to trade games in at store, or sell to friends all the time. Not so much anymore, I tend to keep them.
i only just ordered my third game (SSF4) and ive had my ps3 for a couple of years now, i have a couple of PSN games but that doesnt really count. its mainly because soon after getting it i stopped playing games almost completely. so now i really only play when im not in school (summer, winter break) and i dont usually have the money to buy games, given the fact that i usually spend any money i have on guitars or guitar related gear. in fact its probably been a while since ive posted on these forums.
Does that mean for every PS3 system owned there are 8 games to go with it?
If so I'm way above the curve. I have something like close to 40 PS3 games. I love my PS3.

Going by this, i guess i'm right in the middle(8-9) so that's what i selected in the poll. But actually, I have 18 games. I just have two ps3's. I need more games to boost my attached rate otherwise the real gamers will just look down on me :(.
I currently have 15 PS3 games, if you count games I've traded since I got a PS3, it would be around the 30 range. This is not counting the PS1 games I play on it.

:roll: thats wrong, it basically means the average PS3 owners owns 8.1 games
I'm well above.. i have about 55- 60 disc based games and about 3 dozen downloaded... and if you count the ones i've traded in it would probably be about 80 or 90... I tend to buy alot of games.. i stil have about 130 PS2 games and i've probably traded in about that many as well...
Here I thought I had a lot.... then i look at everyone`s post and compared to the GS average I am below hahahahahahahaahahaha. Pretty sure about 20 physical games or so. Nothing before 2008 as I sold everything from beforehand pehaps that explains why.
