Some of you may ask how: go othe playstation site ( Playstation lounge ) where this topic was first posted and you will see that Scot ( the one who annouced it) came on it and said that they had an embargo until June 10th and that on June 11th they are going to have the developer in their studio and announce the game and answer peopels question about the game ..so its a game ( if any1 didnt know) and on June 11th go to allgames.com and check out the podcast

Well we can pretty much exclude a downloadable game........why you ask? -- The 11th is a Monday and not a Thursday. So that makes it lean towards either new functionality or a game announcement. The original posts seems to indicate a game, so I would venture a video for a game........

It's going to be an announcement at E3 obviously (June 11), during the sony convention or before or after, and what i don't understand is that after that highlighted part it says "and it was real time!!!" which should also be highlighted imo ... it gives away the fact that its something like a video ... possibly of gameplay, possibly linked with news that this gameplay is to be an exclusive, so games that were probably going multi might be going ps3 exclusive, such as devil may cry or something (cant remember whats multi or exclusive anymore, dont really care either, as long as i can play them, i'm good). What would really be interesting is a clip of; God of War 3, MGS4, FFXIII(vs), DMC4, Halo 3 running on ps3(lmao) and a possible announcement of a 2007! release of any of these games would also be MASSIVE NEWS although i highly doubt that (excluding halo 3 ofcourse ... lol)

Dare I say-- Goldeneye?  Not likely, due to messed-up licensing issues (Sony owns MGM, Activision owns game license, Nintendo published it and Rare-owned by Microsoft-coded it.

Or something less earth-shattering (like the Pac-Man announcement), like a new Killzone trailer, or a previousy multi-platform title will be a (timed?) exclusive (such as Resident Evil 5).

Or the Pink PS3 thing mentioned earlier.

i have been thinking about 2 thing that happen to be 2 close together for them perhaps to be a coincidence

the quote emplys that they will show of a game in real time that will blow away every thing that the xbox 360 has to offer

combine this with the analyst misquote that gran turismo 4 selling tones of ps3's

maybe this wasnt as big a slip as we where led to believe in the hot spot maybe it was a little clue what if the game is

polyphonic have had loads of time to work on the game

look at how good motor storm looked at launch

could gt5 look better imagine a game that looks that good you don't believe its real time unless you play it
