I read online that Sony is bundling MGS4 with an 80g console coming out this summer. Best Buy also hear about this. If the 80g returns with BC and MGS4 its a good buy. I bought my 80g at Costco for $500 and it was their last one. It came with Motor storm, Remote controller, and two wireless controllers and with Costco's warranty. I have had absolutely no problems with it.
Well since I had to wait to get one last year and I sold my 360 along with everything with it,I got around 250 and put up the rest for my 60gb PS3 so I say I paid around 280 I think not shore it was last year...
my 80g was about $348 including tax which i can't complain. The trade was if i buy my girlfriend a $350 coach bag which is ridiculous for a purse... and then her mom would buy me a PS3 :D
I got my PS3 80GB just before X-Mas and it was about $970 bucks. I got 2 controllers, COD4, Resistance, MOH Airbourne, and Motorstorm which came with the PS3. Lets just say that after getting all that I didn't get much sleep. The lineup of games was pretty good, but it was a little heavy on the shooters. I probably should have got The Elder Scrolls instead of MOH Airbourne tho, oh well it was still a pretty good lineup.
Got mine from Best Buy; It was an 80gig ended up costing me about 520, but then I added another controller a game and the memory card adapter so that came out to about 670ish Loving every minute of it just wish I wouldve known they were coming out with that MGS4 bundle that box is krunk!
Got mine last May on Ebay for 485 including shipping for a NIB (New In Box) 60Gb on a lucky bid great deal. Ebay is great if you know what your doing. Before I got a gamefly account I used to buy games full price beat them and resell them on ebay and make basically all my money back depending on the game.
I got lucky and paid 200 ducats for a hardly used 60gb from my cousin. He bought two at launch with the intention of selling one on ebay and never did. So after about a year he sold me the spare.
