Games that you have had for a while but still have not finished?

I have quite a few, Ive had Final Fantasy XIII for 2 months now and Ive only played it twice, and both those times were only like 20 minutes long. Ive also been playing RE4 on and off for about a year, Ill play it constantly for about 3 days but then stop for a few months, then play it nonstop for another few days and repeat the same pattern, havent even completed it yet and Ive had it since about April of last year :P What about you?

Bioshock. I don't think I will finish it either.

Never played yet: Bioshock 2, Resistance 2, Darkness, Fracture.

Haven't finished: GTA episodes from Liberty City, Jericho, Lost Planet, Iron Man, Motorstorm, Army of Two, and Sonic the Hedgehog which is TERRIBLE.

I have yet to finish...

1. Dead Space, I have had plenty of time to but just didn't get interested in it
2. Motorstorm 1 & 2, I have had over a year for both but just never got into them
3. Midnight Club LA, just got way too hard
4. Infamous, just got way too repetitive
5. Burnout Paradise, got once again... way too repetitive
6. Resistance Fall of Man, would have been great when ps3 launched but now the enviroments and everything are just too bland
7. FarCry 2, once again got too repetitive
8. Rainbow Six Vegas 2, I got far into it but just said screw it, I preffered the first ones story mode

i probably wont finish red dead, i dont thing i even played it at all this weekend.

yes i have a few..about 4... Its because of this that i am not buying anymore games until the fall AT LEAST! Im talking platinum trophies for each game....until then, no more.

Bioshock 2. Bought it on release day but haven't played it yet.

I tend to keep buying games and I slowly work on them all then once I get to a hard part I stop playing that one game for awhile then eventually come back and continue on. All while still purchasing other games. Haha

I got FFXIII on release day and I am still...about 5 hours in. Also, MW2 I've never finished the single-player, not yet anyway. I have played the multiplayer to death though. Thats really about it. Lately I tend to complete most of my games.

Won't ever happen with me, if I get a game I'll play that, and no other game, until I finish it. Every game I have currently is completed, apart from Red Dead Redemption

I discovered earlier today that I have something like 35 games in my backlog. That is just ridiculous. On the PS3 side I have yet to finish Folklore, Demon's Souls and Dragon Age: Origins of the games I've had for awhile. I've had DS and DA:O since launch, but just never completed them.

Only one is Final Fantasy XIII. But I picked my game up yesterday again. So should finish it in the future

I'm weird. Most of the time I can't own a game without completing it. I feel like I wasted my money otherwise.

The only games I haven't finished are the ones I'm currently playing, which are: Red Dead Redemption, Heavy Rain, and BlazBlue.

With the exception of Grand Theft Auto 4. I really tried to get into that game and I just... just couldn't. I don't know what it was, my disliking of Niko, the tireless tasks going nowhere, I just couldn't play that game.

Metal Gear Solid 4...maybe its becuz I never played MGS 1, 2 or 3 but the story was never exciting for me and the gameplay was only average :P

Oblivion. I've done almost every side quest by now, but I literally haven't done a single thing for the main quest after leaving the starting zone. I have around 150 hours on my save file.

I have a bunch of other games I haven't even touched, but Borderlands, MW2, BC2, and Dragon Age are a few I really need to get to.

I haven't even started playing Infamous, MW2, Killzone 2 and i will play those games but i've just been too lazy to play them and i still want to buy Mafia 2 and Crysis 2 before the end of the year.

How can you buy FPS games just for multiplayer, thats shocking :o Single player is way more important

Star Wars The Force Unleashed - fairly good game, but after 2 hours or so I got a little bored and started playing something else.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 - really good game, but halfway through it I got totally addicted to racing games and I haven't gotten around to finishing it yet.

Bioshock - played it for an hour and was totally unimpressed. Maybe it gets better later, I dunno. I'm sure I'll get back to it some day.

Turok - I have no idea why I stuck with this thing to the halfway point - it was totally frustrating and repetitive.

Tomb Raider Underworld - got a couple hours into it and it was a massive "meh".

Never did finish the Shimmering Isles expansion on my GoTY Oblivion.. I tend to finish one game to completion now before starting another.

I have yet to 100% or even platinum any of the games in my collection. If I start playing a game I will generally keep at it 'til I've finished the campaign though, because I'm often just curious to see what happens.

lbp: it came with my ps3, i barely touch it, not a big fan of the game and yet platformer is my favorite genre

lost planet: i never cared enough to continue playing it

Yakuza 3, Red Faction, Resonance of Fate (though I'll finish it by the end of the week if I find the time.)

Borderlands - It's a cool game but just gets mindless after awhile.

I think I finished all of my PS3 games except one: Eternal Sonata (second to last boss is annoying and I never got around to grinding more levels to finish the game). :P

Two games :

1. Dead Space - Well, this game is yet unplayed cuz of very different reasons. I'm actually SCARED to play this game. I'd need someone sitting with me to play this, unfortunately, since I dont have any gamer friends (where I live, video games are yet unborn) I still have to make it past the intro! :D

2. MotorStorm Pacific Rift - Played little, but became boring, moreover, the AI cheats at the higher levels AND getting the trophies is hard. I wont be finishing this for a looong time. :roll:

Oblivion. Good lord that game is boring. I've restarted several times, made different characters of different specs, but no matter what I do it doesn't make the game any easier to digest. My latest attempt at becoming even the least bit interested in the game I led the Dark Brotherhood, was the Grand Champion of the Arena, and was almost done with the Fighter's Guild. Didn't enjoy any of it. Thank god I only paid $20 for the indulgent trash that is Oblivion.
