Can I create another PSN account?

Recently my Ps4 account got hacked and banned i was just writing to see if i can create a new PSN account my error message was ws-373687 . I contacted Sony but nothing was done about it. Can any of you help and give a straight forward answer?

You should be able to just create another account unless you got IP banned

What exact words did Sony say to you about it? How did you get your PS4 banned? Creating a new account is very simple here.
