Which was your fav PC RPG experience early this decade? *POLL*

Quite a few good RPG games came out early this decade, but with only 5 choices I narrowed it down to include these classics.....which is your fav?

Out of those it would be Deus Ex.

From that list, KOTOR.

Of course, Deus Ex.

I am happily suprised Deus Ex is in the lead!

Thats my favorite game, and certanly my favorite RPG.

KOTOR comes close, so does Neverwinter Nights series.

Deus Ex is definitely the best of these five

It may not have as flashy graphics as other titles, but in terms of gameplay, story and music it is pretty much second to none.

Diablo?

Deus Ex is a great game, one of the best FPS I've ever played, but it's not a better RPG than Baldur's Gate II, none of this list is.

No, Diablo is more an Action game than RPG, thats why its not included.

I love Diablo 2 but it doesn't belong here IMO.

See 2 posts up for answer on D2....as for Dungeon Seige 2, its actually more an Action game as well and wouldn't be good enough IMO to make this list anyways.

I've voted for KoTOR, even though there are a few RPG's that I enjoyed a lot, these are : The Witcher and Mass Effect.

Can't decide between Deus Ex and VtMB.

Morrowind with mods is legendary.

I didn't want to play it, and I had no intentions of playing it, but so many reviewers had said it was great, that I had to play KOTOR. And yeah it was pretty great.

KOTOR is the gae that got me into RPG's so that is definately one of them, but Morrowind and Baldur's Gate are also great.

The Witcher...earlier, this decade? Come on, silly pants. :)

Out that list I enjoy VMTB and KotoR the most...I was a little overwhelmed by Morrowind at the time I played it. It's a vast world. I haven't played it since 2003, and around that time, I was more into linear rpgs...I bet my vote would change if I played it again and added some mods.

I'll have to say Deus Ex was the best game listed, however I'd say my favorite experience was VTMB.

I have never, ever, been into the vampire occult business but giving VTMB a go when I found it in a bargain bin proved to be one of the best decisions in my video game life.

I've had to have beaten the game atleast ten times, and I even gave the tabletop VTM game a try.

deus Ex, god I loved that game.

Mass effect.

Knights of the Old Republic was my first choice followed by Dues Ex running a very close second place.

I've played them all but Vampire and that I so far regret. I voted for KOTOR but it was a tough call. I really would have voted for Deus Ex but I concidered that game a FPS with RPG elements. My favorite genre by the way. But you didn't ask for that genre and I liked KOTOR as far as an RPG. Though I loved the other two also, as I said it was tough.
