4) Relic - Homeworld, Dawn of war and Company of heroes.

5) Monolith - F.E.A.R, Condemnded and No one lives forever 2.

I'd agree with you but I thought this list was for current devs.

If for devs overall, then yes...Dune 2, Bladerunner, Command and Conquer, Nox...such a great studio.

Yeah, I think Epic took some very... excentric design choises and statements over the past year or two. They're playing to conservative if you ask me - from the dark art style to the minimal game-play improvements. It's just not really workin' out.Kev_Boy

I know! Like, UT from 1999 to 2004 was pretty damn cool.

Then, all of a sudden, they make Unreal 2, and it goes downhill from there. Then they act all brokenhearted when crappy UT3 doesnt sell well.

God, Unreal was such an awesome game, too.

I'm not quite sure I entirely agree. I mean, WoW was good, but not Great...they are an esteemed (and one of the greatest) developers around but WoW just wasn't as good as it could've been.
