Looking for an old RTS game.

I'm looking for a game that I played long time ago. I don't know the name. Here are what I know:

It has 3D graphics from the late 90s - 2000s.

Game setting is at post apocalypse. Units in game are mainly from cold war era. Humvee, T-55 tank, BTR-80 APC, etc.

You control a very small squad. There is inventory management system. (Pick up ammo, gun, armor vest) Tanks need ammo, fuel as well.

I think the game is single player only. The very first mission you started only with one guy. He drives a Humvee without any mounted weapon. I think during the mission you can recruit 1 more guy, and salvage an old Russian APC.

@mrbojangles25: No. It is not. The graphics should be a little bit better. Somewhat similar to Earth 2150.

The game is similar to Jagged alliance, Soldiers: Heroes of World War II/Men of war series, UFO Series. You can control a unit in detail. For example, change stance, set fire mode, etc. They can pickup/salvage weapons, ammo, clothing from dead NPC or crates.

There is no base building. Units are not replaceable. They gain experience from each level. Each soldier has their specialty. (I can't recall what exactly, but I think there is one called explosive expert)
