Edit: NVM it sounds like you already had it there. If you can see the BIOS with it attached to the PCI-E card the card is probably ok. It's just getting the OS to recognize it. With my Radeon 3650 (I know it's old) I had to install the drivers from the driver disk BEFORE I could install up the updates from the ATI site. If I didn't it would only install the Catalyst Control Center, but not the updated drivers.
Put it to PEG/IGD
IGD=integrated graphics
PCI=PCI card graphics
PEG=PCI express graphics

okay after a restart of my computer the problem is gone! now to wait for my Arma 2 to finish downloading to test it!supagamer9GREAT NEWS !!! So what was it? Your PSU wasn't giving enough power to the Video Card?
