BF2142 is a bit of a knock off of UT, but it doesn't have the diversity nor the community. That's the closest of a game to UT that I've personally played.
The whole Battlefield and UT series are .... comparable, in terms of being vehicles and huge maps, other than that I see nothing to compare for they are diffrent games and genres. So this topic has no point really. Except a war for the people that'll start to argue which is better etc

i didnt say anything about battlefield in my first post. i just want to know if based on the multiplayer games i like i will enjoy ut
