Control - Low gpu usage and lower fps after some time of play

Hi. I have 12900K stock

32 GB 2x16 GB DDR4 3600mhz

Palit Gamerock Pro OC rtx 4090

1300W Seasonic Platinum Prime

Aorus Elite DDR4 Z690

Windows 11 2H22. Updated new nvidia drivers.

Just for testing on 1080P<normally dont play on that resolution>. Maybe some memory leak?When i am starting game on 1080P i have 90-98% usage and higher fps,like 130-150fps.

After maybe 15 minutes when i am playing more,gpu usage drops to 60-70% and fps to 100. I must restart game again to get normal usage and fps. Is this game issue or hardware?thx

Also the same thing was happened on my previous pc with other mboard,10850K and Rtx 3090.

Is any way to resolve this or its just a game engine?
