Back to front, Dead Island, Driver (bad game tho), Shattered Dimensions, GTA IV, GTA IV EFLC, Rayman: Origins, PoP: TFS (never had any -by any I mean permanently online I assume is what you heard-, you can play offline too), AC 2 (the same as PoP except that it had such DRM that was altered), Shift 2 Unleashed, Hot Pursuit, KoA:R, Mini Ninjas, Pure, SEGA Rally, Blur, GRID (online isn't available anymore, you can play it through 3rd party apps), F1 2010, Dirt 2, Dirt 3, Lost Planet 2, The Run, Overlord 2, Dungeon Siege 3, X-Blades, Web of Shadows, Rise of the Argonauts (bad game), Sacred 2 + expansion are all from better towards way better, some of the rest I have tried and they're abominations, games not worth mentioning, like SW Unleashed series K&L, MoH, Operation Flashpoint, etc and a few of them I wasn't really interested in.

Most consolites assume a game is better on consoles because they believe it plays better with a controller, forgetting or just choosing to ignore the fact that the PC can also use controllers which pretty much makes any argument on this subject pointless since then youd just end up with the same experience ecvept with higher performance and resolution. Also M&KB >> controller in most game genres.

Taking a quick look through your list i can see the majority of them i have played and never had any problems playing any of them on PC, most of them i played with mouse and keyboard too. Never played the console version of any of them but id assume all of them are better on PC as far as graphics and performance go, since they are multi platform games thats all there is to go by.

Do The Run, Unbounded and Unleashed have better graphics on PC and do they have controlller support?

Why is Off The Record worse on consoles? Dead Rising 2 was better on PC...

Why are The Force Unleashed, H.A.W.X. 1 & 2, SEGA Rally, Skylanders, Web Of Shadows & Shattered Dimensions better on consoles? Issues with the PC version?

Are Binary Domain, Insect Armageddon, Lost Planet 2, Mercenaries and Kane & Lynch really better on console? Since they're shooters, I'd think they would be better on PC... Do they have framerate issues or something?

Has the DRM of Driver: San Fransisco, Assassin's Creed II and The Forgotten Sands been removed?

Have Silent Hill: Homecoming and Grand Theft Auto IV been patched on the PC?

sorry for the misunderstanding then. Well most games now days are better on pc even if they dont include pc specific features due to the fact that you can play with either a controller or KB+M and have better graphics even with a $75 graphics card. Its quite rare a game will end up the disaster saints row 2 on pc was

The Run, Unbound ? do you mean HP or something? and Shift 2 Unleashed (any NFS game) look better on PC especially The Run (which imo is by far the best NFS ever made) and they all have controller support.

I played all of them on PC except Skylanders (didn't even know about it, looks interesting) and except TFU 1 and 2 which are bad games even on consoles, the rest are better on PC, I played them on keyboard and mouse even the HAWX series and they were just fine, graphics are better than consoles on all of them.

Never played Binary Domain, but from what I hear it has control problems on PC, never played Insecy Armageddon, Mercenaries is abysmal PC version is identical to consoles AKA absolutely terrible, K&L 1 is fine on PC 2 is terrible, but they're terrible games, and LP 2 is a lot and I mean a lot better on PC.

YES x2, x3, x4, x5, x how much you're going to ask, Driver and PoP NEVER had it and AC 2 was patched shortly after release, you can play them offline.

SH: H is bad, I avoided it, but from what I saw at a friend it's pretty mediocre, control wise as for GTA IV you never needed patches, but yes it got quite a few, however through one of the recent patches they added a new shadow system, better particles and altered lighting, it's a lot more demanding with that patch.

For soem reason I feel like this belongs on SW, but its not something really meant to insult PC gamers or start a riot I suppose.

Truth is, some developers have their strengths on different things. Some (like Valve) are PC first and excel at making great PC titles with games that take advantage of customization and a great UI with more flexibility then a controller, others (like From Software or Rockstar) have a preference for consoles because its MUCH easier to develop for and might handle better with a controller as well (like Dark Souls, with the whole fiasco of the developers saying to "play with a gamepad").

Truthfully, I might get hate for this, but its hard to see the PC as some transcendant platform built for gods instead of merely another option in an arsenal of various gaming options and catering to many different tastes. Some games are better on PC (and pretty much 90% WILL look better), but its a different and more complicated platform.

Honestly though, I tend to get most of my multiplats on PC, but I know when I can enjoy a game more on console.

All kinds are better on PC, especially racing.

All that matters is the quality of the game/port, if it's at least decent, then everything is better on PC.

The only reason to have a console, Playstation to be specific, is for Metal Gear Solid. Every other game is trash a long with the console itself.

I wouldn't put RE4 in that list because It was fixed with mods which made it better than the console version. And what was wrong with The Force Unleashed? If all you have to say is that it was locked at 30fps then I wouldn't put it under worst port list.

Racing games are definitely better on the PC. I know I have played many EA and Codemasters racing games on 360, PS3, and PC. PC has much faster loading times, better graphics, and your choice of controls. I use the 360 controller or G27 wheel.

You do know that there is The Gentlemen of the Row Saints Row 2 Super Mod, that improwes the gameplay and controlls by quite a lot over the original port..

http://idolninja.com/sr2.php

And the only reason to own PS3 is for MGS and Yakuza series, with some PS3 only RPG added for mix. Other thent that yes I get more out of PC versions then I do from conole ones. You really cant mod console games and add new stuff on the fly.

Your posts are making you look more like a 360 fanboy troll with every post you make. Calling other people biased when they tell you the obvious is laughable. You dont need to play a multiplatform game on 360 to know that the higher framerate, higher resolution, moddable, more content and more controller options version on the PC is the superior one.

Did you really list The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition there? Come on...

I'm nowhere near a "360 fanboy troll". If anything, it's you who sounds like a PC fanboy. If you honestly think that all games are better on PC, then you are mistaken. Ever heard of Advanced Warfighter 1-2, Vegas 1-2 and Lost Planet? As I stated earlier, MOST games are better on PC, but not ALL of them.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted might be an exception to the rule depending on what you are looking for. I own the PC version, but have also played the 360 version at a friends. The PC version of this game has limited resolutions available and does not include split screen. The graphics are still better on the PC, the loading times are faster on the PC, and it works with well with the 360 controller on the PC. However, if you want split screen multiplayer, the 360 version is the way to go. This is actually my favorite NFS game, so I think you should look into picking it up. You can download it for $20 from XBox Live. If you don't have any friends you plan on playing it with in the same room, you should look for this on the PC. I believe the servers are still up for online multiplayer.

Oh, also, the following games:

Need For Speed: Carbon
Need For Speed: Most Wanted
Test Drive Unlimited
Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga
Call Of Juarez
Call Of Juarez: Bound In Blood
Call Of Juarez: The Cartel
Risen
Sherlock Holmes vs. Jack The Ripper
Battlestations: Midway
Battlestations: Pacific
Blood Bowl
Secret Service
Stoked: Big Air Edition
The First Templar
The Last Remnant
Velvet Assassin
Two Worlds
The Witcher 2: Assassins Of Kings - Enhanced Edition
Tomb Raider: Legend
Tomb Raider: Anniversary

I just bought Alan Wake for the PC retail at Walmart. I get the feeling it's going to be better than the 360 version.

[QUOTE="Nyuugen"]I'm nowhere near a "360 fanboy troll". If anything, it's you who sounds like a PC fanboy. If you honestly think that all games are better on PC, then you are mistaken. Ever heard of Advanced Warfighter 1-2, Vegas 1-2 and Lost Planet? As I stated earlier, MOST games are better on PC, but not ALL of them.pelvist

Please explain how Vegas 1&2, GRAW 1&2 and Lost Planet are better on console.

Please explain how they are better on PC.

Yet the DLC is console-exclusive.Nyuugen

Yet the MODS are PC exclusive and FREE of charge.

There are no DLC for Saints Row 2 that isn't extra weapons, cars and such.

I believe the servers are still up for online multiplayer.visceron

This is a good answer, on the other hand. I don't think I could play racing games with split-screen, so I'll go for PC.

I played Lost Planet on PC and it was definitely the best version.

Are you sure? I guess the reviews I read must've been mistaken, then. (Or maybe it's been patched?)

It wasn't patch, it's how it always was, better, the scores are lower because it's pretty awkward on mouse and keyboard (but that's how I always prefer to play games so it was just fine), it's better on a gamepad and you can play it with one on PC, graphics and everything else is way above the console version.

That's... a pretty stupid reason to give a lower score.

Does anyone know if the PC version of Burnout Paradise has custom soundtrack support? If not, I'll stick with the PS3 version.

Nope, they could have added it, pretty lazy not to do it, but on the other hand, on a PC you can just play your music on various applications while playing the game without music, unlike consoles.

Never played the console version of any of them but id assume all of them are better on PC as far as graphics and performance go, since they are multi platform games thats all there is to go by.

pelvist

This and on the plus side you can use almost all kinds of gamepads on gods green earth (that includes ps3 and xbox 360 controllers) on PC without a hassle. The only games that are better on consoles are bad ports (riddled with bugs, crashes or abysmal performances) fortunately they are the minority.
