Who else wants to get rid of Daniel Craig as Bond?

Personally, I don't care much for him. I think that, after a medicore first movie (Casino Royale) and a terrible second movie (Quantum of Solace), he should be replaced.

No... Casino Royal sucked badly. You had a guy singing a TERRIBLE opening song, the traditional part where bond shoots the camera was done in a bathroom not a white room, you watched an incredibly long game of poker which was about as interesting as watching paint dry, the car "chase" involved him driving for a little bit and then spinning off the road seconds later and there was absolutely no epic ending scene where bond goes into enemy headquarters and kills every man in there whilst dismanteling a nuke and then coming away from the whole experience willing to bang a load of women.

Bond should return to the kind of - awesome one liners like

Bond: *Throws Manual into machinegun fire* "only took me a couple of seconds :)"

and his kind of awesomeness which involved wearing glasses which allowed him to look through people's clothes and then staring at the women.

Yeah... Daniel Craig is cool, but both the movies and his character need to return to the old version of Bond.

Daniel Craig is a great Bond.

It is Marc Forster who should be forever banned from directing action films.

Casino Royal was excellent. Quantum of Solace wasn't awful because of him if you ask me.

Casino Royale, mediocre? It was a good film, I thought it had something special, it grew out of the cheesiness that James Bond usually is and it became more grown up.

Connery and Craig are my favorite of the Bonds. I thought Casino Royale = 9 and the new one = 7.5/10, both are pretty good films.

Exactly! Well, him and the scriptwriter for Quantum of Solace...assuming that they had one (I couldn't tell).

Bond actors cannot be defined by the films that they were in:
Brosnan was a pretty good Bond, but was in terrible movies.
Lazenby wasn't particularly good, but was in the best Bond film.
Craig is a great Bond, but was in arguably the worst Bond film (Quantum of Solace - yes, I actually preferred Moonraker over it).

You have a full twenty movies of that Bond, it's time for something new. And I say Craig is superb. CR was great, QoS was just okay, but he was excellent in both.

also, roger moore, sean connery and pierce brosnan were AWFUL as Bond.

I liked Casinso Royale as a film but it just didn't have that "Bond" feeling. That's been missing for quite a while now :(AnObscureName
