Ghosts don't exist. But hypothetically speaking if I would I would probably chat. It can't physically hurt me so I don't see why not; you don't meet a ghost every day.

What is the point of asking this in a forum in which the general consensus regarding the supernatural is one that is dismissive? People seem to generally believe more in religion, but less in ghosts. Strange if you ask me.

Not necessarily, as there is a better chance that the believer also believes all of the affects and such which are associated with ghosts and the supernatural, which would make them possibly even more afraid, while the non-believers do not.

Not necessarily, as there is a better chance that the believer also believes all of the affects and such which are associated with ghosts and the supernatural, which would make them possibly even more afraid, while the non-believers do not.
I guess it could go both ways, but I tend to believe it is scary for a non-believer not only because of an appearance, but also that the beliefs (or disbeliefs) they held in their lives are shattered within seconds, which is scary in itself. Having an environment that is consistent with our beliefs is one of the things that keep us sane and sound.

Yeah, I can agree with that, but like you said, it could go both ways.
I would yell "OK wheres the camera" because I wouldn't believe what I'm seeing and would assume I was being pranked like in that one MTV show from awhile back.
