I just snuck a quick one in before bed consisting of:

10 chin ups
12 curls right arm, 12 curls left arm
20 press ups
8 chin ups
12 churls right arm, 12 curls left arm
20 press ups

Nothing amazing, but i do it very quickly to keep the intensity up. I'm starting P90x soon and want to be in semi-decent shape before i start so i don't miserably fail.

Rode my longboard to my old elementary school. I don't know the distance, but my one thigh was aching after like 5 minutes lol.

Other than that, dumbbells. Nothing special. Just lifting them a bunch with each arm.

I'm sure you'd get different results from people if this was asked in OTAH ;).

at NOON today I did five set of lunges, three sets of squats and only one set of a dead lift on account of I almost passed out, thought it was a good idea to quit there.

Not to get all dudebro on you, but i'd highly recommend working out a few days a week. It sucks at first, feels like a miserable endeavor and i had no idea why anyone does it. But then you get used to it after a couple of weeks and it honestly improves every aspect of your life. I feel less stressed, i'm more laid back, have more energy and enthusiasm. Literally solved all of my problems.

I'll probably try it when I get my hands on more/better equipment, and the confidence to actually do it. And when I'm done with The Witcher 2 ;).

That seems like you're taking a break, then getting back into it, which is a good thing. I have done before, too and it works for me.

I was doing the Yoga video from P90X-2. I got REALLY hungry mid-way through it though, and had to stop so I could eat. =[ That is one thing I like about Yoga... if I have to stop for whatever reason, I never get muscle cramps the next day; since pretty much the whole thing is based on stretching. lol.

6 incline Flies with 40lb weights than 6 decline flies immediately after with 40lb weights. Then the same thing with 35lbs. And again with 35's. No rest between sets.

Then alternating dumbell curls with 50lbs 6 with each arm followed immediately after by hammer curls, 6 in each arm. Then same thing with 45lbs, then same thing with 40s. No rest bewtween sets.

Some forearm curls.

I also do some flies with the cables.

Then I go home and swim 50 laps, with rest between sets of 10.

I run every day and lift weights every other day, but my body type isn't a big macho guy. It's a thin type but I look great and toned with muscle, I'm pretty strong and quick. I have abs of steel from doing planks, which I learnd from my Krav Maga instructor.

Being physically fit is important to me, I do it for both physical and religious reasons. Not only do I want to stay healthy when I get older, but I consider physical workouts to a form of meditation. And the Bible says "Your body is your Temple", and your refusing a gift from God by choosing not to take care of it.

Just my personla views though.
