Ya know how we typically end up forgetting the early stages of our lives the older we get. So like, off the top of your head, how far back in your life can you remember? It can be any silly, random memory.

For me, I remember when I was pretty young, basically a baby still. When it was time for me to eat I'd be put in a high chair right in the middle of the living room doorway. The house I lived in was very small, so there wasn't really a place for me to be put besides the living room. I remember being given some mashed potatoes and having this strange urge to stick my hands in them. The texture just seemed so interesting to me at the time, I couldn't help but play with my food. I ended making a huge mess in the process.

Yeah, It's a real dumb memory. I don't know why I remember it, but whatevs.

I broke my nose when I was about three years old. It's mentally and biologically impossible to remember anything before about age 30 months.

I have a very hazy memory of being in the womb, and I mean really hazy, I remember a warmth and a very soothing sound. I also remember nappy changes and being cuddled, I remember my mum taking a picture of me when I was about a year old, maybe a little older, while I had my teething ring on my head. I remember my mum crying after my dad yelled at her about something, I remember cuddling with my dog, I can remember being in my crib.

Although it's supposed to be impossible to remember such early memories, I remember them and I like them.

No, but I know it was unpleasant because I was screaming and had to go to the hospital. Although, according to my mom, I was very calm on the way there--I don't remember that part at all, however.

Playing with those flip-head power rangers when I was four at a birthday party and a kid threw his ranger into a tree.

Being in a cot, taking a shit in a potty and having my nappy changed. Which came first I don't know, although I'm guessing the potty shit was post-nappy change

When I was four I fell off part of the playground in preschool. I got really mad because I thought someone had pushed me. :P

That sounds about right. My earliest memory is of my first home; the power going out and the wind howling outside. I was about 2.5 years old.

I want to say that I remember being born, but that's probably not likely. More likely is that at some point as a kid I had a dream about being born, and I'm simply remembering having that dream.

Just out of curiosity, when does that start being true?

Obviously it has to be sometime AFTER 30 months of age, because otherwise people who are under 30 months of age wouldn't be able to remember what happened one minute ago.

Being attacked by a dog, hence the reason I had terrible fears of all dogs as a kid :( It took me to my very late teens to get slightly comfortable with them. I am in my early 20's now, and I still jump a little at dogs. :(

I was joking with my family awhile ago about stupid stuff we did when we were kids and I mentioned throwing a sugar jar off a counter. Supposedly I was 2 when that happened. It's possible I was told about it and have simply constructed the scene out of what I was told but supposedly I described it pretty well and they figure I just remember it.

I was about 2. Sitting on the floor of our kitchen(in the house I lived the first 12 years of my life) playing with my small red toy car while my "babysitter" was seated at one of the kitchen chairs smoking...

At whatever point your limbic system has developed enough to generate and maintain a sense of cognitive self via the ability to create and sustain autobiographical memories.

I remember being with my mom in the kitchen while all my sisters went to school that day. She was making "Molokheyya" that day and I was standing next to her. I was probably 2.5-3 years old.

Though I find it hard to believe that you're able to remember a time when you were still being fed by others.

My earliest childhood memory is learning to walk, and headed to the light at the end of the hallway. It was a light bulb that hung on a string at the end of the hall way. I used to try to get to it on my walker as a baby.

I remember events from when I was about 20 months old. For instance, I remember going with my mom into town, me sitting in a chair (though not wanting to), having my picture made, and riding in the back seat back home. When I was about 15 I looked on the back of the picture and according to the date my mom had written I would have been about 20 months old.

During recess when I was in kindergarten I told this girl that I owned a magic pencil that granted wishes and she said "cool, if I make a wish will it bring me a pony when I'm older"? I was like yea sure and I let her have it. I don't remember anything after that though. I think that was around 1995-1996.

That is so adorable. You should find this girl, get her a pony, and marry her.

I remember sitting in the back of some guy's car who would drive my mom around to different places for "jobs" and we'd wait in the car for her. When I was little I used to think he was like her boyfriend or something, but when I got older and wised up a little I realized that he was her handler or manager or whatever the hell you want to call a guy who manages prostitutes.
