What is your morning routine like??

I typically start off by taking my meds and doing the dishes. Then I start getting ready for work unless it’s a non working day. I also browse the Nintendo news sites for any news, watch some morning news if necessary or I feel like it. Drink some coffee and then go to work.

What’s yours like??

If it's a wfh day I start my morning browsing the internet. Then I might go to the gym as it's way less crowded in the morning. Around 10.30 I begin working. When I have to go to the office I don't have enough time to really do anything other than getting dressed.

WFH - The time I start work is when I wake up. An hour later I brush my teeth and then have breakfast.

Office - Wake up, brush my teeth, have breakfast, get dressed and drive to work. It's quite rushed.

Weekend - Browse the web for an hour, then brush my teeth and have breakfast.

During workdays: Wake up at 5am, brush teeth/wash face, make tea or coffee if I'm in the mood, and head to work. Coming home, I'll do a little gaming on PC/Switch whichever I'm in the mood.

Weekend off work: (or just off work) play games all day long and I'm not the social type of guy anymore, so I basically just stay home and play games/browse on Gamespot & go to Twitter for the most parts. I only go to theaters if it's a mega movie I really wanna see badly so there's that. Hoping my daughters don't disturb me while I relax but oh well, still love my family.

I start by feeding the dog and fixing myself a coffee. I then will either sit down and read a book or browse YouTube and momentarily check my emails while I've still got time.

Check bills.

Porn (to ease pain)

Rest of the day.

Check phone, send the dog off, 1 hour of Warframe & YouTube to loosen up (usually Sortie and Steel Path Incursions), breakfast, rest of day.

Wake up, take my pills, walk around my house a bit (moving and standing helps me poop better), brew and drink some coffee.

Then I usually sit down and play video games for an hour or two.

Then I shower and I'm off to work. I like to have leisurely mornings, I wake up before work by at least a couple hours.

I make some tea. If I feel like eating, which I don't 95% of mornings, I make a sandwich. Boot up my PC, check some news and whatnot. That's about it. I do the same on weekdays now, since I work from home.

Recently got a cat, so I'll henceforth add giving the cat some breakfast to my routine.

Weekdays

• Wake up at 6
• Hit the can, shower and brush teeth
• Let dog out and sometimes make lunch
• Off to work till 4
• Come home and take the dog out back to play fetch
• Hit the can and take a shower
• Roll the after work blunt and relax for a few minutes
• Play with the dog and cat for a little bit
• Feed the dog and cat
• Sit down for an hour or 2 of gaming before the wife gets home
• Have dinner with wife and hit the sack

Saturday

• Wake up anywhere from 6 to 8
• Hit the can, take a shower and brush teeth
• Take the dog for a good walk
• Feed the pets
• Roll a good morning blunt
• Play some games or organize my comic book room for awhile till the wife wakes up
• We either go out and eat and have some beers and do some shopping or we spend the day BBQing and drinking at home
• Wait for wife to pass out and game till I pass out

Sunday

• Wake up from 6 to 8
• Hit the can, take a shower and brush teeth
• Take dog for a good walk
• Feed the pets
• Roll a good morning blunt
• Spend the day in my chair gaming or watching football depending on the season
• Go to bed and start the whole shit show over again

Wake up.

Brush teeth.

Take morning supplements (oops, I forgot this morning).

Walk downstairs to my office and start working.

On a great day I will wake up at 5am, brush my teeth, and brew a thermal carafe of coffee. Go back to sleep until 8am and then enjoy two cups of coffee.

That looks delicious. I usually just have bread for breakfast.

I wake up when I wake up any given day,take a piss is first,make a coffee is a close second. Sitting on the couch and make coffee after coffee until I mentally wake up,while I’m getting drunk with caffeine I will play music on my phone through Spotify and sometimes browsing through my Xbox Series X to see any new games or updates to be done. I’m a early riser,my doctor wanted me to be tested for sleep apnea but atm I can’t afford it even with my assurance from work. Oh well. Anyway after I mentally get with it, I take a shower and make another coffee,clean my apartment and go for a walk to Tim’s down my street and have another coffee and sometimes a donut or a bagel with it. Go home after that and play Xbox for about an hour then go to work until about 11pm. Pretty much the same type of day after day.

clean kitchen / dishes while wife and kids play
bathe kids, get them ready for bed
read in bed with kids, get them to sleep
TV / work / games / other projects / general cleaning etc.. for a few hours before bed

repeat

I work from home, and am not a morning person. so I tend to get up 10-15 minutes before I start work at 9am, enough time to to brush my teeth, make some coffee and use the toilet.

then I'll work for 40 mins - 1hr then go eat some breakfast.

working from home has been such a quality of life improvement.

generally up at 7, coffee, internet, news, off to gym for 7:45, back home for 8:45 and start work at 9.

or up at 8 and an hour of gaming til 9.

or if its been a late / heavy night roll out of bed 9ish, coffee and into work 9:30.

or can start work early and finish early.

it is so nice to have options, thank you pandemic 🙏
