What do you think of death metal?

i like some of it u got to be real talanted to make a really good Death metal band

Drums- man these drummers are machines not only does it take alot of physical strength to pound the drums that fast and use alot of fills it takes mental skill to remember all the timing and hooks and what not

Death metalis deff the most intense music out there

Im not sure if its just me but when I think of Death Metal I think of all the types of Death Metal....

I honestly don't get how my friends can listen to it. To me its all like Dragonforce, it all sounds the same to me, except I can tolerate death metal. I always prefered 60s-80s and some 90s stuff. I do like a little variation in the type of music I have in my playlist, like from fast shreading to some kind of acoustic song. Keeps the music from getting bored or repeative to me. Guess thats why I've loved Savatage/Trans-Siberian Orchestra *evolved from Savatage* the minute I heard them. Bunch of mastermind musicians right there, Chris Caffery and Jon Oliva are freakin' awesome.

The heaviest stuff I listen to would have to be Megadeth and some Overkill. Mustaine/Friedman are awesome guitarists.
