In the summer if I wake up early enough for breakfast then I'll have a bowl of cereal. If I wake up late I'll wait for lunch.

During uni I usually skip breakfast and have a sandwich at 10 or so.

When I wake up in the morning before heading out to work, I like to cook some eggs with cheese, bacon, and sometimes cheese grits. I often eat cereal and there's only 2 kinds of cereal I eat and it's: Frosted Flakes and Honey nuts Cheerios. If giving the chance, I also like to eat Pancakes.

Depends. Normally, the usual breakfast stuff. If I'm really hungry, last night's leftovers.

That's probably one of the worst things you can do for yourself. Please eat!

That said, I always cook up two eggs for breakfast.

Agree. Never go hungry, but however, eating bars are okay though but I wouldn't make it a habit out of it.

I'll try it. I do love eggs so why not eat them for breakfast? =)

4 eggs (2 eggs w/yolk + 2 eggwhites)

2 pieces of toast or 2 waffles

Once in a while I'll mix it up with cereal or pancakes, but the above is usually every morning.

It depends on what's available to me. Even though I'm not a sweet tooth, breakfast has to be sweet; I have no hankering for the salty that early in the day. I like oats, cereals and granola but I can't always afford them. Peanut butter is an excellent express choice. Whatever I have, I must wash it down with a cup of coffee; the day doesn't start for me until I have my dose of the black nectar.

FYI, there is no appreciable nutritional difference between white eggs and brown eggs.

Well, that's true to a certain degree "BUT" there are some obvious deferences between the two. Brown eggs have a higher level of omega 3 and they are organic! I wasn't really making a big deal about it, I asked a "SIMPLE" question @thegerg

1- Despite what advertisers would like you to believe, there is no appreciable nutritional difference between white eggs and brown eggs.

2- Some brown eggs are organic, others aren't. Just like how some white eggs are organic and others aren't. The color of the egg has nothing to do with whether or not it's organic.

Dude, you are turning a "SIMPLE question I asked someone into something unnecessary and you are taking the main subject "OFF-TOPIC! As far as I'm concerned, the egg issue is dead. @thegerg
