Looks a lot of fun to watch. I hardly know anything about Rampage game series and I only play "Rampage: World Tour" N64 version in my life time but I did enjoy that game. I think this movie could be fun cause I like giant monster stuff.

That's an interesting point. I mean the games itself wasn't serious was it.
@PSP107: The games never took themselves seriously. If they would've embraced the absurity of the whole thing, it would have had my money opening weekend. I would've loved a version with it's tongue planted firmly in it's cheek. I'll check it out eventually, but it'll be to see how bad it is. It just doesn't seem right to play this straight, considering the source material--seems like a missed opportunity to be something really fun.

Even the video games themselves (World Tour, Universal Tour, Total Destruction) were all humorous. Honestly, if I want to watch a Rampage movie (c'mon WB, you could've rebooted the games like you did MK and Gauntlet), I'd watch other kaiju movies (Japanese Godzilla, Pacific Rim, etc)

Just letting people know this game wasn't even popular when it was out. You played as the monster & had to wreck buildings while waves of military guys shot you. It got boring fast.
