Transformers 4 is awesome

I just don't see that happening for some reason. It MAY do okay business ($50 mil opening weekend, and that's a big maybe) but anything higher than that for the first two days is very unlikely.

Oh, thought it'd be ruling in sales on opening week as its also from Michael Bay big budget productions .

I not into these type of films.

i don't like transformer movies and games.

There's nothing like slaving away on a double shift yesterday (I was covering for someone so I won't have to work at ALL the next two days :) ), coming home yesterday dog tired, and then waking up today and going to see a robot fighting movie. Just what the doctor ordered. To everyone who is disappointed that it was a typical hollywood popcorn flick, I'd like to say WELL DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! That doesn't mean you can't find value in seeing it, you just got to go in with the right perspective. For me, my day was comparatively awesome compared to yesterday, and I appreciated a movie that required zero thought where you just had to shut up and watch it.

Oh, and to top it all off the STRANGEST thing happened when I went to see the movie: There were no previews. The lights went out and then it started. I'll venture a guess as to why and say it was because the movie was incredibly long, like on par with the Dark Knight Rises, but that was ******* sweet not having to sit through previews.

Like HOLY COW there was soooooo much product placement in that movie. It was totally unnecessary to have THAT MANY, but I've never seen why people treat product placement in movies as an unforgivable cinema sin...

I honestly don't think the movie is bad. In fact, it's probably one of the better Transformer movies. I went in expecting a summer blockbuster and I got that and more story than the previous three movies.

Sure, it doesn't compare to Edge of Tomorrow, but it wasn't supposed to.

I fell asleep during the third (in the theater mind you, only movie I've ever done that during) right before the battle of Chicago. Transformer's 4 looks like utter shit as well.

That ^^^^^ right there is why I won't go see it. 3 hours (three hours!?!?!?! are you kidding me!?!?!) of explosions and bad acting? I'd rather stay home.

Sometimes it is good to take a break from story heavy and serious movies and watch stuff like Transformers for fun . But I think I'll wait for boxed product . My most anticipated movies are Intersteller , Star Wars Episode 7 , There and Back again (Hobbit 3) and Jurrasic World (Jurrasic Park 5) .
