Cooking is actually one of the few things I'm actually decent at.
My favorite dish is pineapple chicken with coconut rice.
And it's baking, but date cake.
I've also always been in charge of making potato salad, but that isn't fancy.
I have been living with friends since my teens and when I bought my own apartment I also had to cook for myself for more than a year. I am a decent cook and I obviously expertise in Indian curries and Chinese food. My Favorite is kadahi chicken/mutton. Now I have a better cook in my apartment I mean I have a gf now.

I can cook all kinds of stuff if I apply myself to it, in fact I consider cooking to be one of my few natural talents. Anyway I think I make a really good Lasagna, pork BBQ among other things.
Chicken alfredo (not traditional - I use cream as well, and pecorino in stead of parmesan).
Various pasta dishes (with creamy or tomato-based sauces and shrimp, pesto + ham + chicken, mac and cheese etc)
A soup that I made up on my own (chicken, green bell pepper, feta, mushrooms, potatos)
I really like cooking but I don't do much any more (because I'm becoming lazy :P).
One of the things I'm really good at making is shepherds/cottage pie.
I've never been a fan of meatloaf...just too much...meat[QUOTE="Detroit222"]
I do a good spaghetti and a really great meatloaf. That's about it.

I use about 1 pound of ground round with a cup and a half of oatmeal. Gives it a wonderful flavor. (In a pinch, Cheese-its ground up work great too.) Can of tomato soup, 1 egg, whatever spices you like. Place in round cassarole dish, with a hole punched in the middle, no lid. Then nuke it for about 12 minutes (or until it's brown and holds together).
Personally I like to cook, and I can make a multitude of dishes quite well.
I consider myself to be really good at cooking omeletes. Pro tip guys use a little basil next time you make an egg dish of any sort.
I'm pretty good at cooking pretty much anythign tbh. I guess if I had to pick though I always love grilling some burgers. It's relaxing, just standing out by the grill with the radio on and the burgers sizzling.
I also enjoy making stir frys, although getting all the ingredients and spices to make a quality one with a good sauce can be a bit pricy.
i have perfected the omellette.:P
but when it comes to cooking most things, my dad does that. i do however season my own food, as my dad underseasons things.
