WHAT THE **** DO I DO!!!????!!!!! I'm just here on the computer and i can hear weird shouting like non-english and they always seem to have their curtains closed (ive only seen the dad twice when he walks out to his car. How do i report these people?
There are times in life that I question the necessity of seemingly frivolous rules and policies...and then there are times that I realize just how much I appreciate said rules and policies

using my internet detective skillz, i have determined that you are a ban dodger. a legit new user would not be asking "who is mcjugga?" because a legit new user would not know that mcjugga was a user here. they wouldn't know that mcjugga was a person, they'd probably think it was an object.
