[QUOTE="TacticalDesire"][QUOTE="Ring_of_fire"] Per Mass Effect, even though the ending would probably be known, I would love to see a game detailing the first contact war. Even if it was a straight up shooter.Ring_of_fire
I'd be fine, in fact, probably stoked about a first contact war plot, provided we got to explore more of the galaxy, lore, planets etc. Â I would not want it turning into a complete shooter though. Imo that'd ruin a lot of what makes Mass Effect great. Â Shooters tend to mean that you are essentially just progressing through action, and in a good one, story. Â I want more exploration not less. Â Particularly of built up planets and stuff. Â I mean the Citadel and Illium have so much potential for awesomeness. Â They are already pretty sweet, but imo the first Mass Effect is the only one that even attempted to realize the potential fo the Citadel.
Also, the choices, I have confidence that despite the mediocre ending of ME3, there is still a lot of greatness to be had in the choice aspect of gameplay. Â
I would prefer it not to be a shooter, but I think if done well, it can fill in the back story over human expansion. One reason an RPG-ish type game might not be feasible with the 1st contact war is due to the key parts basically known. I would like to have them do more on Illium, Sur'Kesh, and Palavan, and previous cycles as well.Yeah that's true. Â Perhaps they'll have a game take place in the future. Â Or maybe after first contact, but before Shepard.I would prefer it not to be a shooter, but I think if done well, it can fill in the back story over human expansion. Obviously can't really do it at the current time, but it is the least developed species in the game (of major species). It would be before humanity became part of the stage, most likely. The future would be cool too, but I don't really want to face more Yahg :P[QUOTE="Ring_of_fire"][QUOTE="TacticalDesire"]

Yeah, that's another thought. Â They could make the game completely before humanity discovers the mass relays and have you play as a Turian or something. Â I kind of doubt they'll go that route though. Â And see that's exactly what's great about the series and galaxy. Â The possibility for more development for the entire world, including the species in the world. Â Honestly they could even have another species discover mass relays or something else in the future if they wanted to add more. Â

HA! Would take me at least half an hour to make it to the Hyrule castle........................
Chow_Mein_Kampf
The speed run consists of heavily breaking it though when it comes to OoT. They do some weird glitch where they get a bottle before they're supposed too, grab bugs, release the bugs after the boss in the Deku Tree and jump into the warp thingy and they just teleport to the final boss some how from doing all that.
Hmm......I take it that you can only do that in the N64 Version.................Either that or emulators.............
Any of them as far as I'm aware, although records only count on the N64 version as it's the original and most accurate for that matter. Emulators load things like the pause screen a few seconds quicker and make it unfair to use.

My younger brother is getting married, so heading back up north for a few days. It will be nice seeing family I haven't seen in years. I even have a cousin from Sweden that's flying in!

I typically dread weddings, but I think this one will rock, and I will raise a toast for you as well!
