Rob Parker fired from ESPN for RG3 comments

His contract was not renewed. He basically said Washington QB Rob Griffin was not "black enough" because he had a white fiance and does act gangster enough.

His comments were definatly stupid. I think ESPN made the right call.

Fired and not renewing a contract are different things. They could have fired him for the comments a while back, but chose not to. They let his contract expire without offering an extension. The words, you're fired, were not spoken.

he essentially was fired. He was suspsended until his conract was up.
