Rate This TV Show - Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles

I thought it'd be interesting to ask what OT thinks of Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles.I did a search on here and I think the last thread on this show was a couple years ago.I think this is a great show.The acting is great,and I think they did a good job with the casting for the characters.The action is entertaining and looks really good for TV,and the episodes plots are engaging.This is my opinion of course,so I'm expecting some varied answers :P.I own both seasons on DVD,and I plan on rewatching them all sometime.If you haven't watched it,and are a fan of Terminator,I recommend watching it.It's a shame it only went on for two seasons,it deserves another season.I think I'll give it a 9/10 :).

I watched the first season and a little of the second when it was still airing. I will give it a tentative 7, because I actually really liked it, but from an objective standpoint, there was nothing *amazing* about it. Lena Headey was awesome, though. Same with Derek Reese. And being a huge Bear McCreary fan, absolutely love the soundtrack. It`s in my regular rotation along with his work on BSG/Human Target/Caprica.

Now what's heart breaking about this show's cancellation is the Dollhouse debacle. I believe TSCC was Dollhouse's lead-in, but despite being on the same night there really was only room for one of those shows on Fox's line-up. I rolled with Dollhouse 'cause Joss Whedon and Tahmoh Penikett, and I think Epitaph One is some of Joss' best work. But anyway, TSCC got canceled so Dollhouse could live (I think Fox was trying to beat the stigma about Firefly) but unfortunately the beginning of the second season wasn't as strong as the end of the first season and suffered the consequences in viewership. I didn't keep up about midway, though my friend said the later eps of S2 were amazing.

Yes Epitaph one was a superb peice of TV. Jodd likes to ginish strong, Aangel faced the same fate, they had to re-write the end of the season to adjust with the cancellation.

I tuned in a few times and was disappointed every time.

I watched it every week. It was an amazing show. It seems like all the really good sci fi shows get cancelled yet it's really the only thing on TV i care to watch. I dont like those teen drama, or family dramas or Sex & the City & the rest of the garbage people watche these days

I can watch family dramas play out in real life. Shows like The Wlalking Dead, V, Surface, Being Human, Lost & Terminator:SCC are the only shows i've been interested in over the years. Surface, Terminator & V all got cancelled. What a shame. This is why i play games more than i watch TV . . . becuz all the good stuff gets canned. :evil:

Now if only i had channels that ran my current favorite shows, along with reruns of X - Files, Xena Warroir Princess, & Lost epsiodes, it would be the only channel i would need.
