Alright, if "chips" are french fries, then what do British people call potato chips?

We call them crisps.

e.g. I'll have a packet of cheese and onion crisps please. :)

And apparently they call cookies biscuits... which makes me wonder what they think a cookie is.helium_flash

A biscuit is a small hard crumbly cookie. A cookie is generally a lot softer and larger.

I don't like Kit-kats. I've always called them biscuits though and call chocolate bars solid bars of chocolate. Like the very tasty Lindt bars. :D
