Pick your Doomsday Scenario!

With our inevitable push towards December 21st, 2012, and the "End of ze world" supposedly imminent, I've decided to see what Doomsday scenario OT would rather see the Earth enveloped in. Of course there are many possibilities beyond what's in the poll, so if you have another one post it.

I think an asteroid impact would be the ideal doomsday scenario, since if it's big enough we all get wiped out instantly almost instead of dying off slowly and painfully.

Zombie outbreak. We want to go out in style.

disease epidemic and zombies go hand in hand.
So I am going to go with that.

Another good one I was just thinking about is the possibility of nanotechnology becoming out of our control and replicating until it has consumed all matter on the Earth, and the Earth itself, transforming everything into "grey goo".

It turns out that the whole of existence is just a dream and in reality we all died 200 million years ago in a war against robo dinosaurs

This scenario has been discussed so much that if a real invasion happened we would all be like: "ah... zombies... *continues sipping coffee at the cafeteria* Want some espresso?"

My scenario is when the Earth is covered with too much toxic waste and pollution due to mass consumerism.

Zombie outbreak sounds plausible....

but most likely acid rain or epidemic...

I wasn't thinking about it when I posted the poll, but I knew there was a damn good one I was missing :(. Just choose disease epidemic since that kinda goes hand in hand with the Zombie Apocalypse.

2012 wasn't global warming, it was the sun solar flare cause the earth's core to heat up. If anything it more like the Day After Tommorrow.

Anyways I doubt humanity would be wipe out by global warming.
