EU says Europeans are getting fatter

Is it really that difficult to eat healthy and walk for 15 minutes in the morning?

When I look around crowded streets I don't see that many fat people. For all of these statistics that the claim a very large percentage of Americans are fat, I just don't see it. I think it's blown way out of proportion.xXBuffJeffXx

:lol:  The answer is yes, and they take up the entire sidewalk. Just to clarify, though, I don't see a huge fat population anywhere. Most of my family members, neighbors, friends, and classmates are of average weight.

You don't go to Wal-Mart very often do you?  Set aside a day some time this week (preferably on the weekend.  Saturday  or Friday at about 5PM would be best) to go around all the big chains with "mart" in the name, and drop by a few McDonalds while you're out, then try and tell me you don't see that many fat people.

I actually got into a bad habit of going to big Micky D's and Wendy's several times a week during the school year and I still didn't see a majority of fat people there. I'm not saying America doesn't have its fair share of fat people but I think it's blown way out of proportion.
