I'm beginning to come around to GTA's point of view.  For one smokers will always do it in public banned or not, and two they are always disgusting about it.  I knew a couple of smokers that would ashtray their butts when they're done, but every smoker I've met since then tosses their butts everywhere but the ashtray and spits constantly.

Speaking as a long time console gamer, the big reason for this is because PCs are more open.  There aren't console exclusives, you don't have to worry about subscriptions for multiplayer, you don't have to worry about buying propietary hardware unless you want to, you can mod games and download mods, I just can't see what consoles have on PCs.  The reason why we bitch is because consoles are so pervalent and get so much attention when it comes to gaming.  I think if it weren't for the lack of PC support PC elitism would be much less understandbale.
