Don't know why. but Facebook even worst, IMO.Left long ago, no reason to continue using it, everyone migrated to Facebook

I stopped using it years ago. All of my friends were on facebook. I didn't really see a need to be sold to online hookers who were just farming my information. Facebook is the same way, but it's not as blatant.
If facebook continues to develop and reshape what it is, I see it continuing for a while. It's gonna take a pretty big contender to take it down. (Barring some major scandal or something.)
Also I love the hate garnered by facebook. My friend started ripping on it and I asked him if he had an account. He said yes but only used it to check in with friends. If you have a facebook account then you officially have little to complain about. It offers a free service to socially network with your friends and family. If you aren't fond of the set up or don't want your information being sold to advertisers then delete your account.
Its sad because I cant lurk facebook without making an account where on Myspace I can stalk whoever whenever most of the time.
[QUOTE="Bardock47"]Don't know why. but Facebook even worst, IMO. People conform to the next big and currently popular thing all the time, whether it's better or not doesn't matter.Happens all the time.I never created a Facebook, but from what I hear,Myspace seems to have more features(music, customization),Facebook does seem worse. Anyways,I never really liked Myspace, but I did love it's music feature(it's all I ever used it for).It was a great way to find good unsigned artists,or known artists putting out unreleased tracks that you couldn't hear anywhere else. It's going to suck to not have that privilege if Myspace dies.Left long ago, no reason to continue using it, everyone migrated to Facebook

I had a myspace, but I barely used it... I sometimes went months without logging on...
Facebook will be next... it will take a few years, since its only been a major thing for about 2 years... myspace died in about 5 years...
Something will come along, and Facebook will be left a ghost town...
Good. While it wasn't popular where I live, if I did ever go on it, I either couldn't see anything besides the annoying backgrounds people would put on their pages or have music blairing at me. It was so cluttered, everything would be everywhere, it was godawful. I don't see Facebook dieing out, something would have to replace it. I don't get the hate behind facebook.
No one can compete with FB at the moment, MS live space failed, Google whatever that one is called, failed and closed, MySpace is just another one waiting to be gone.magicalclickGoogle Buzz is still around, though.
I guess it didn't reall update itself to take on Twitter or facebook, but I don't like social networking in general
I don't anyone except local/indie bands who use myspace anymore. Myspace was as **** with everything on one page, people putting glitter, backgrounds that made it hard to read text, pictures everywhere and crappy music when you opened someone's page
I doubt it. The article said at its peak Myspace "only" had 180M, and facebook currently has over 600M. I could see Twitter dying out though, it seems to me a majority of people who join twitter never stick with it very long (after a few months of less-and-less rapid posting they just stop using it), but i've seen quite the opposite with Facebook.Give facebook another 5 or 10 years and it will die out too
