I fancy myself as pretty masculine, but I'm not afraid to admit that I cried at the end of Toy Story 3. I absolutely loved those movies as a little kid, and the ending to that movie was both tear-jerking for it's actual context within the movie, and for the fact that it made me think about how I really have grown up and I'll only ever have the memories of those experiences I had as a child.
I know OT is mostly atheist but I don't care. The Passion of the Christ got to me and Im not really that religious. Just seeing anybody go through that is horrifying and the worst part is that that was not the worst we have done to ourselves.
...all films that hit me pretty hard for different reasons.
I can recall three movies when I was a young: Schindler's List - the part where Oskar Schindler was given a gratitude ring for saving so many people, yet questioned himself for not saving more. Saving Private Ryan. And, of course, Rudy.
The Fly.
Jeff Goldblum is horribly disfigured and in agonizing pain, and his girlfriend has to blow his head off with a shotgun. Meanwhile, we've already spent about 75% of the movie watching him slowly dying due to an exotic form of "cancer" which is ravaging his body and his mind.
yeah i was about to cry at the end of toy story 3 as well, then they got rescued and i was really happy i watched those movies a lot as a kidI fancy myself as pretty masculine, but I'm not afraid to admit that I cried at the end of Toy Story 3. The only movie that i can recall where i had a tear come down my face was in:
Across the Universe
at this musical bit -- "I Wanna Hold Your Hand"

(Gamespot FIX THIS glitch...)
Just the way it's shot and sung, I found myself tearing up - like actually watering eyes tears.
Other movies have really hit me or hit a chord would be that last long after the movie:
There are other movies i'm sure, but i cannot recall at the moment.
I don't think I've ever cried for a movie. Edit: I take that back. I just remembered any time an animal dies in a movie I get all teary-eyed :(.Steakummshave you seen Willard?
Toy Story 3
Not the hell fire scene, but the end scene
Where Andy is leaving home and leaving his toys behind. Playing with them one last time with that girl.
I'm was going to college that year too, It reminded me that I too am saying by forever to my childhood:cry:
the schindler's list lol,no but seriously the movie k-pax kinda took me to the crying point, i didn't actually cry though.
Forest Gump and Saving Private Ryan when I was pretty young.(Ace6301
Same here, but they still cause me to well up a bit. Tom Hanks is a damn good actor for still causing me to cry.
