Get your friends and work in groups. There are two ways to nail this problem: Learn to run fast and always run from them. This is the coward's way, IMO. Build some muscle and beat those scum. This is the bolder way, IMO. It is also the more dangerous way.
I haven't read the whole thread, so I don't know if its been said, but on Youtube and other video sites there are good tutorial videos for like Martial Arts and such, good way to learn how to fight, although its not as good as a real Martial Arts class. Also, don't be scared if someone pushes you or hits you. Bullies feed on fear. The more scared you are the more they will annoy you. Like while on th bus, if the kids behind you try and hit you, throw them and unexpected elbow right in there face :P. Another thing, this is taken directly from Jeet Kune Do, its Bruce Lee's fighting thingy (he invented it...and you know, his punches were so fast then when they filmed him they had to put it in slow mo :O, so you know its rilliable) Basicly, if someone trys to fight you, kick them in the shins AS HARD AS YOU CAN. This will limit there movement, then procceed to punch them in the stomach, they will be in pain, buying you precious seconds, in which you can run away :P. Ofcourse, this is only in a fight, that doesn't mean next school dy you should go kicking people... I can give you alot more, PM me if you like.
ou don't really have to workout. Just hit them back. Once you know ur hitting them back they will notice and stop hitting you becuz they know u are gonna defend urself.
I'm weak and I can't fight too. Even my younger brother can kick my butt. Maybe you are doing something to make them bother you. Maybe you need to turn an enemy into a friend. Nobody bothers me, that's because I watch what I do and what I say. So maybe you aren't watching something as much as you should and it is probably the result of all that bullying. Tell them to stop and that you mean it or they won't think twice before they shove you into the rose bush again.
So my life is horrible. Every day is hell. I walk outside and the neighbor kids run up to me and throw me into my mommy's rose bush. I get on the school bus. The people sitting behind me always punch me in the back of my head. I go to get off the bus and someone pushes me out. In the mornings while waiting in the courtyard, I always get beat so bad. Everybody crowds around me and just takes hits. I walk to class and get pushed into walls. People throw stuff at me in class. Throughout the day, it's the same thing. When I'm walking to my house from the bus stop, there's those kids again. They beat me up some more and throw me into a trash can and kick me around. It's horrible. I can't believe the teachers never notice this.
So OT, I ask you deep down from the bottom of my heart. What could I possibly do?

   make them think your insane tackle on of the and start punching scrathing ,gouge,biting,headbutt do something where people think that you totally lost it they will leave you alone.Â
Don't use a weapon or you'll just become another psycho. Build muscle and fight them.. It seems like you don't fight back and you  just accept the pain. Ever wondered what would happen if you did fight back? Once they realize they can get hurt to they wont find it so fun anymore.
A friend of mine used to have that problem, but one day he'd had enough & fought back (wooped their asses) and they left him alone. It doesn't matter if you can't fight well .. just let them know you will fight.
do what i do work out play sports (heres what i did first i joined karate got bored joined boxing then got bored joined kick boxing gave all that up but still learned something) but the real fight is in ur mind, lol just carry a blade aroundNooBAFIED
that's good you learned something. I think doing kickboxing or some other sparring based martial art would help alot.
If you play sports( a sport that you like or are good at, baseball, soccer, etc.) you can get their respect, the girls, and some friends. If not, while you are at home, do some pull ups- they get you strong, i'm not even kidding. Eat some more food like meat, and fish, drink a lot of milk and water.
Do what i did, pick something up (broom of anything that can be used to beat the crap out of them) and beat them till someone decides to pull you off of them. Make you give them a nose bleed, then trow stuff at him, try and make him run out the room while your at it.

I don't think you necessarily need to be ripped to get people to leave you alone. All you have to do is make them think you're insane. If you're really getting harassed that badly, then an effective strategy is to retaliate physically every time people start picking on you. Even if you don't come out on top, people will still hesitate to start harassing you because they don't know how you'll react. I hear that's worked for a lot of people.
