I would use it.  

Murderers, rapists, pedofiles who act on their urges, dictators who murder their citizens, ect..   So many people that would make the world a better place.  

Though I would have to force some limit on myself to stop and destroy it at a certain point because I feel like if someone were to use it for too long they would become majorly desensitizied to it and would start pushing it on people who just annoy them.

I'd use it indiscriminately.  I like money.  I hate people.

Watching the morals of individuals in this thread makes me sick, no wonder the world is such a piss poor place. You think killing is a solution? What makes you different from them then?, how about a device that can give you the Wisdom to be able to bring mutual understanding with those people so they can see why they are doing it wrong

we've been killing Taliban for over a decade now.  Leaders rule because their country's history dictates it; today's freedom fighter is tomorrow's fascist leader.

I could kill off half the people in the world, and nothing would change as a result of my actions.  Pissed off fundamentalists would still kill in the name of a god, leaders would still abuse their power.

My point is that change for the human race takes time, and must be constructive; we've come a long way already, but still have a ways to go.  Patience, hard work, and faith in humanity is all we need; a magical box that kills people for money is pretty much going in the opposite direction.

I can think of a few people to use it on

maybe about two a week, assuming that I can keep the box for the rest of my life.

If not, I will have to start doing some serious calculations.
