I think it would be hard to have a daughter

If I had a daughter, I would be worried about her with other guys, plus the extra costs to take care of a girl but with a boy, you will still worry about what they'll do in the future, how they'll maintain their life, and even their sex lives gay straight). Either way, you'll still be worried. Which is why, if I had a daughter, I would want her to be with a guy that can be trusted and financially stable and if I had a boy, I would make sure he would be on the right track to success. But I'll never know what will happen. It's always best to be prepared.

2. Sex, at an appropriate time in one's life, is normal.

For the people in this thread who either wont to kill any male their daughter would interact with, dont want a daughter or want their daughter to be gay if possible. Do you think about the person your dating is somebody's daughter?

Also the double standards between male and females in relation to sex is so prominant in this thread.

I'm not saying i would want a promiscuois daughter yet i would want a "player" son either. Many people in this thread dont seem to think of the resentment that can develop from such protectiveness and scrutiny of a child/ teenagers life. If i was a parent i would want the best for my kids and for them to be safe but you must let them live without such harsh views in key areas of their life.
