I was at McDonalds one day and even though they had a salad with grilled chicken with ranch (I could have just ordered it without it though) but I just had to eat the bacon cheeseburger with fries and milkshake because I'm just an idiot! I'm pretty sure you can avoid the sugar if you cut off the ranch and bacon as well as ask for grilled instead of crispy chicken. There's no way the veggies are going to be filled with extra sugar. It's a healthier choice and you can still make healthier choices in fast food joints as long as you use common sense.

This doesn't mean you should go there every day, just do it sparingly or if you have to. Seriously people common sense prevails.

Of course it is. Yes there are healthy products such as wheat bread and turkey but instead I got sugery donut bread and fcuk-tons of cupcakes. American capitalism is tricking me to eat like a pig!

There are millions and milions of miles of roads in the USA.  Pick one and run with it.  Also, go to Walmart and pick any of the thousands of healthy items they sell.  If you don't want to support Walmart then pick any other store.  Wholefoods has lots of organic and healthy foods.

If you eat out at any restaraunt in most countires, you're going to get a lot of calories.  That's kind of how they sell their food.

Make your own food. Why do you act like you have to go out to eat?

Cook your own carefully selected healthy food from market. Do a bit of exercise every day and maybe pick up weight lifting. Only eat out at a restaraunt once a week if you have to.

Food here is the same as anywhere else.
