That's pretty cool. You work in a car shop all day? I imagine if I didn't decide to get a degree, I'd do something like that. Yep. Took a 10 month pre-employment collage coarse. Now just working full time towards my next levels. Its dirty work, but there's guys I work with who make $100,000+ a year on piece work. Crazy!
I can't get a job now even if I wanted to work because of a criminal record.
And even if I had the right to get a job, I wouldn't be able to wake up in time every morning and work 10 hours every day because I just don't have the strength and the energy to do it.
I also can't drive a car so this puts yet another limitation on my ability to work at a job (you need to be able to drive a car in order to able to peform at a job and I'm just not able to do that)
Not as of about a week ago. I had a summer job for the past few months, but it was a retail job and I really hated it, so I decided to take the next month off before I go back to college. I'll be a junior, so hopefully next summer I'll be able to get an internship.
Right now I'm just working for the summer until I go to school. I'm a performer guitarist/singer.. and that's my job.. I get paid 600 U.S to perform twice a week. I also do other stuff to earn more money, but I'm not going to talk about that here. On top of all that, I'm trying to nab some regular part time job.. I applied to I would say, 100 different places.. a mix bettwen in person and online.. and Haven't received any response :|.. Thank god I'm able to use my talents to get paid.. Can't find a general part time job anywhere.
