don't wear the same pair more than once a week. And I usually dry clean them after 4-6 wears, jeans are too expensive ($200+) to be washing all the time

My issue is they don't make jeans for men that have a small/average waist(32) with decent sized femur muscles. I chose not to use the correct terminology even though I'm a medical student :P
About a week is good for me (unless they get dirty in that time frame). It saves on Laundry costs a little (only really need to do shirts, underwear, and socks at that point)
I once worn my jeans for 2 weeks because I didn't have another good pair. Since then I've never worn jeans for more than a week and change pairs once every 3-4 days.
I'll wear them for a month or more between washes. Even at that point they don't smell in the slightest, but I only wear them in the fall/winter. I wear shorts all summer long.
What the hell? People wear their jeans more than 1 day in a row without washing them!?

New to me as well... Me too. it gets expensive doing laundry, not everyone has parents that do them or a laundry room in our apartments. jeans dont get sweaty and stinky as easily as shirts, therefore most people tend to wear them more than once.
Honestly, I'm kind of a guy when it comes to my jeans and will only wash them when I feel like they need to be washed (they're dirty, its been a while, etc). I only wear jeans a few times a week if at all though, and never go beyond a couple of weeks.
