I don't worry about it too much. Usually I wear them on 3 seperate days. For example, I have classes on Monday, Thursday and Friday and on those days I wear the same pair of jeans, but on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and weekends I wear other stuff.
Months. If they look okay and smell neutral, I don't wash them.

I lied, this is also what I do. Jeans are durable and to be honest, they aren't exposed to nearly as much internal filth as the rest of our clothes. It's like, how long do you wear a jacket before washing it?

Really I never noticed jeans getting dirty unless I'm underneath my car playing with the engine. I typically wear jeans about twice then wash them, they're still clean but it tends to bother me knowing I've worn them twice.
I wear them that day and then wash them. You really appreciate clean clothes when you've been stuck wearing clothes so soaked with sweat that they froze solid every night.
I'm crazy. I'm a germaphobe (gotta wash hands after everything) yet I can go months without washing my jeans. Of course I was them after mowing the lawn or 'dirty' work, but that's rare for me. As for shirts, I was them every day.
Until they are visually dirty. They usually get muddy when I go to parties, then they need to be washed. Probably once a month really. I don't think it is gross at all, they aren't like shirts where this is pit sweat and such.
Well, I don't wear jeans every day, but I will probably wear the same pair off and on for around two weeks before washing them, unless, of course, they get dirty or they smell or something.
To be honest. I almost never wash my pants unless im going out on a date or am trying to impress someone. I wear skinny jeans, and they fit the nicest when they're freshly washed. But my jeans never smell because i don't get them all that dirty, so unless i spill something on it i don't wash them.
