It depends on your exercise regiment, your intake of calories, the right balance of your daily vitamins and minerals.worthyofnote
im not on any specific diet or excercise routine, i just jog 30 mins every day and replaced any junk food with fruits and veggies.
[QUOTE="Funkdaddy13"]You don't just wait a week... You have to exercise. :?Xeros606
i knew that i just want to know how long it typically takes.
:| My point still stands... What will you be doing?[QUOTE="aaaaarrrrggggg"]How long have you had the weight for?Xeros606
ive been fat since... starcraft was released (and i choose to ignore any correlation between an increase in weight and the release of starcraft).
Well, the longer you've had the weight, the more difficult it will be for you to burn it. If you don't starve yourself, and excersize moderately after you've eaten, i would say a couple of months at least. I may be wrong, but that's my guess.
People need to stop trying to "lose weight," you should be excercising 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes (that includes simple things like mowing the lawn and such) as that is how you should live. If you do this, you won't care what weight you are because you will be fit, healthy and able to perform all tasks without becoming exhausted. Excercise boosts endorphins in your brain (think crack but in a good way) which reduces depression and a need to feel like you need to lose weight. Our society is so much like, i will eat and eat and omg i just put on 10 lbs. Diet time.
CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE
Unless you are way overweight, if you lose 1-2 pounds per week, thenthe weighthas a higher potential for staying off.
I'm tyring to gain weight actually. Four weeks ago I weighed 96 pounds and now I weigh 103. Hellz to the yeah :P
By the way, on an exercise note, what are good ways to work the abs. Crunches and such feel like they take too long before I feel any burn.
