Best served over a waffle. Plop the eggs on top of it, bust the yolk open so it all runs down onto and into the waffle and then cover it all in syrup.

You can also add bacon on top of the egg before adding syrup.

Fried eggs? Over medium for me. Scrambled? I like it mixed with chopped onions and tomatoes. Either way goes well with biscuit and gravy.
