How Do You Grow Crystals?

super saturate sugar or salt into bliling water then let it cool some and put one more tiny grain of wahtever you put into the water into i again the crystals will grow off of that. . . good way to make candyslobbymac

You'd have to leave a solution (water with a mineral dissolved into it) to evaporate in the sun. The water would evaporate, but leave the minerals behind, which will crystalize.

iv only done it with sugar i just assumed that there both crystals they would recrystalise normally, maybe it does only work well with sugar
